Merry [sortakindalate] Christmas!!!

Hi lovers!!! I hope you all had an amazing Christmas, alone or with family and friends I hope you enjoyed it!! Also, I have really good news for you, the mall has ended their extremely ridiculous holiday hours!!! This only means more time for moi to blog and read your blogs on a regular basis, instead of reading 1000+ on one sitting [true story]. I Am Done!

Reading blogs that is! Or should I say catching up. Yeap, I just took forever and a day, but I'm up to speed with everyone, and even if I didn't comment as much [would have taken forever x1000], I read it all.

So I went ahead and made this gorg award just for me, cause I totes deserve it ya'll. At work, we have like 2 more weeks of crazy schedule and then it should all go back to normal [fingers crossed]. What am I wearing?

So apparently, I uploaded these here on November 7. Yeaa, but umm anyways, not wearing any brand names, at least not that I remember. That's my oldest, still favorite dress EVER!!!, my OTK boots, knee high socks [love them], silver cross and studded bangles. Kooza

I'm not gonna lie, I had to look up in the calendar the date we went. It was October 18th. OMG, I couldn't even remember which month, I was like October.. naw August. No wait October. Aaaaanyways I looove Cirque Du Soleil. I went to La Nouba when I was like 14 and I loved it. And the soundtrack to Dralion is one of my fave CD's ever. I really wish I could see them all. Or at least Ka, the one about the Beatles, the water one, the forest one, the adults one. You know what I mean. I really like them. So as soon as I learned that they were gonna come to Santa Monica I knew I had to go.

The decision was actually a tough one cause we had already bought or tickets for the Wisin y Yandel concert which was the weekend before and ya know we're not rich, but we made it work, and boy am I glad! Here are some pictures of us.

The theme for this show was circus and it was very classic in that sense. You know clowns, acrobats, clowns, clowns, clowns. I'm not a BIG fan of clowns, NO, I AM NOT AFRAID OF THEM. Is just that they're kinda pushy sometimes, and the ones from Kooza were no exception. If you thought that by having a seat on the very back of the tent you were going to be "safe", you're wrong! You could get called onto the stage from anywhere!!! And being that this has happened to me, I don't like it. Thankfully this Kooza clowns ignored me. Wheew!

Here are some pics of my favorite acts. You couldn't snap pictures inside so I grabbed all of these from Google.

Those guys up there in that huge ring [or whatever it's called] W O W! The were just basically defeating gravity in a very cool/artsy way. WIN. The couple in the unicycle, at first I thought wth bo-ring! But oh my!! It was everything but boring, very very interesting how they both stayed up there and kinda danced in PERFECT sync without falling or anything, another win. And of coursy, the contortionist girls... JAW DROPPING! That's the best description that I can give. One of them did a little exorcism thingy there and the whole place went ballistic. It was amazing, I cannot even describe what she was doing. I guess you just had to see it [No wonder they don't allow cameras inside].

All in all, it wasn't my favorite, but definitely worth seeing, does that even make sense? I hope you still enjoyed my very late review of it. You can check what I wore here.

What am I wearing? - Halloween

HALLOWEEN DAY!

So this was my attempt at a costume, I decided last minute that I would "dress up" obviously it DID NOT work, since everybody just thought I was wearing a regular outfit. FAIL. I mean my shirt said BOO, did you not notice that? Ughh whatever, the point was to dress up as "myself" a catholic school girl or a girl with a uniform, but then the shirt I needed to use [long sleeve, white, button down] was dirty so.. I went with this one, tsk tsk tsk...

ADDED: Obviously I'm on top of things, since I'm posting NOW about my Halloween outfit and we're in the middle of December, but don't worry I'll be posting about my Thanksgiving dinner around Valentine's Day next year. LOL kidding.

I really wish I could post more, but I don't want to drown you guys with 3 or 4 posts on the same day. Tell me, would you read more than say 2 posts a day if I ever published that much??? I want to know. Actually that's gonna be my new poll. PLEASE VOTE!!!

... ME! UGH I've been like the worst, most horrible blogger in the history of TIME! of ALL TIME!!! [insert Kanye's voice]. I haven't visited your blogs for almost [note: almost] a week. What am I wearing?

This was the day before Halloween, that's how old this pics/post are. I decided to dress up for work, just because. I had found that ah-ma-ZING! top a few days before, and obvi knew that I had to get it. It was around $16 or $17 at F21. It went perfect with my leggings that simulate acid wash jeans. That ring I had also found days before at Francesca's Collection it was less than ONE DOLLAR!!! [it's original price was $20] on my book that's a deal! I got 4. One black. a turquoise one, and a white-ish one, and got my mom one in turquoise as well, cause she rocks. The earrings are from F21, and I decided not to wear anything else accessory-wise, because the shirt has a LOT going on in the back.

I really do NOT wear tight clothes anymore, in case you didn't notice I'm a bit obsessed with oversized clothes [hence huge on me] and I felt soooooo weird this day. But I got like a bajillion compliments, and everybody kept asking me where I got my top and then no one believed it was from F21. Jajaja I really dunno why cause they always have amazing stuff.

ADDED: I just got home from work and it's past 11 pm, soooo I will be heading straight to bed [cause I have to get up early tomorrow].  I missed the VS Fashion show and that is a HELL OF A BUMMER!!! UGHH I guess I will have to youtube or hulu the thing, cause even though I've already seen a lot of the footage, I haven't seen the whole thing. Anywhozers, I hope everybody's having a great week so far. I will get to your blogs tomorrow *pinky promise*.

What's The Holiday Season For?

Wearing dresses, obviously!!

I've been obsessively casually looking at some dresses for the "holiday" season [refer to this post to know how I feel about them] and oh my! have I been successful. So far, I'm in love with these ones.

Between all the drapings, metallic tones, velvet, bandeau tops, zippers, pleats, mesh, ahhh.... paradise!!! I really love them A L L and can't even decide which one's my favorite. Talk about having problems huh? So help me out, which one do you like the most? Have you seen ah-ma-zing dresses somewhere else? Please lead me to them. Oh and btw, all of these dresses range from $20-$150.

What am I wearing?

Ummm, not my fave look, but really comfy and relax. Jeans with a gray top [can you tell gray is my fave color?] studded boots, with all of my stud bangles and bracelets, straight hair, chain necklace from F21, MK watch, ans skinny studded belt, also from F21.

ADDED: Ugh! i still don't know how I feel about this pics/outfit. I'm still loving/hating them, but anywaysss, I hope all of you had a great weekend, specially if it was a long one, I'm off to catching up on your blogs.

What am I wearing?

Again, tons of pics here too. This dress has history, yes people HISTORY! I bought it for the honey's 23rd bday [he's almost 25] so umm yea, a bit oldish. But I still love it, I mean it still fits, and it's gray and that's basically it. I wore it with my vest from Urban Outfitters [this is seriously my fave vest right now], my OTK boots, accessories from Natalia's Prestige and extremely messy hair, YAY!

ADDED: Hey guys, this was my outfit from Nov. 5, just lettin' you know. Right now is technically Thanksgiving Day, and I should be posting like a big long letter about all the things I'm grateful for, but maybe tomorrow, or Friday, who knows [I want to get rid of my drafts, so they don't go over my actual published posts].

I also have to say, THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOO MUCH for all your comments, that's one of the things I'm really grateful for. My turkey picture with the "eat me" was pure hilarity. I know all of you LOL'ed wih it. I too noticed a few new commenters and/or followers, YAY guys, welcome. I will get back to you ASAP, as in check out your blogs and all.

My Weekend was Ah-Ma-Zing!

I usually don't do the whole weekend re-cap thing, cause umm yea my weekends are pre.tty lame [and it's also kinda late right now, but I have to do this, I feel like sharing all the amazingness]. I loved this weekend!!!! Ok let me start.. New Moon premiere Thursday at midnight.. wooooooohooooooo OMGG I felt like I had waited FOR.EVER for that movie [cause well I had] and it was great. Definitely loved that, even though I had worked 8 hrs that same dayyyyy and I was off like at 9:30.. so umm yea zero rest. It was directly from work to the line [that I had made the honey do since earlier, all by himself].

I loved it. period. Jacob is beyond hot, and I beyond love him.

Fast-forward [FF, not to get confused with follow friday] to Friday.. my day OFF! Hear that... o f f. So what did I do, I did nothing! Well for maybe except catch up on your blogs, and spend some time with the huns since he was working from home. I took time to wash my hair properly, put some hair mask on it, shave wherever hair needed to be shaved, [watched one of the slowest movies in the history of time, but Brad Pitt starred on it, so I didn't complain], etc...

FF to Saturday, a litlle bit of work, then... the huns took me out to dinner. There is this little restaurant that we always pass by, and we decided it was time to check it out. Ohhh emmm geee. It was perfect!!!!!! Everything was a 5 [out of 5], except the food, the main course only, I would give it a 3. The appetizers were BOMB!, and the wine yummy, and the place, the music, the service... OK I loved it. So they were doing this thing FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME where they had Latin music... HA! Needless to say, we danced our booties off all night long!!! Ok it was still around 12 amish when we came back but whatev. They had salsa, merengue and reggaeton, and some top 20 too. LOVED it!

FF to Sunday, couldn't sleep due to the polar bear snores that my boyfriend was imitating TO PERFECTION!! [ok, so obviously I've never heard a polar bear snore, or even a regular, good 'ol brown bear] but I believe that it is LOUD AS EFF. So yea, got up at 5:20 am, tried to sleep until 6 am, gave up, and tried waking woke HIM up. Had to use some food bribes [real fact]. We went to iHop [love spelling it like that] and I tried the cheesecake pancakes... ohmycrazugodthatwasdeliciousriwantotitieveryday. Went back home, read more blogs for a few hours, and then IT HAPPENED. Some horrible neck pain decided to visit my neck, you're not welcome pain, NOT WELCOME! I basically couldn't look up and/or to my right side. I had work late on Sunday, so it was very, very painful to work like that. I also couldn't drive, let alone SLEEP. Boo pain!

FF to TODAY, Monday. Thankfully, by some crazy miracle, I had the day off. So, first thing in the morning I went to the spa so they could get rid of my "visitor". Oh my, I had forgotten how much I love spas. They're amazing, I love it when other people rub me while I'm naked professional therapists help me relax and de-stress. The lady was so sweet, and had a great hand, if ya know what I mean.

My to-do list was ginormous, cause I didn't do eff on Friday [my previous day off]. So I spent the whole effin day being a housewife on steroids. you know the kind who goes to Kmart, and Ralphs, comes home, and starts cooking, laundry, vaccuming, dusting, folding, organizing, swiffering at the same time. Yeap that was me. I may or may have not gone to the mall and squeezed a minor, tiny shopping in there, but who knows!! I guess I'll keep you wondering.

Annndd last but not least [evur] I attended an awesome virtual tea party for my honey D from Dream Sequins birthday. It was off the chain! You can check it out here. [Jajaja ok, I haven't had coffee since this morning, but I'm hyper [can you tell?] and I'm writing a super, duper long post, and I'm also being VERY sarcastic, and for some reason I want to talk like Chapelle, and I HATE that guy].
