I'm Here...

This is a long, overdue post, and a very hard one to write, actually. But I'm here, in Puerto Rico, home.

I took an unplanned, blogging vacation and I'm really sorry for not letting anyone know, but like I said it was  unplanned. It sort of just happened. I suddenly only had a few weeks left in LA to pack, do a million errands and most importantly spend precious time with my honey.

I wish I could express how I feel, but basically it's as if I were hot and cold at the same time. I've never had such mixed feelings about anything in my life. I'm happy to be home and see my family but OMG so sad borderline depressed that I'm not with my boyfriend and that twe're 3,000 miles apart.

The question in everyone's mind must be WHY? And the answer is ... I made the decision of going back to school.  Hardest decision that I've made so far, but I stick to it. I want to say that I left a piece of my heart in LA, but I would be lying I left my heart there. The whole thing.

Enough of that, or I'm gonna turn into a big ball of tears. Good news is that I'm here, I have internet YAY!!! And I'm blogging.

Before leaving, I had made some changes and tweaks here and there on the blog and I'll talk a bit about that on another post.

Expect full-on blogging from June on.

I know I've been horrible. Not one single word in what feels like a LIFETIME!!! But I'm going through some stuff... nothing bad, but BIG. So meanwhile I can't even blog. First cause umm I don't have internet at the place that I'm currently living and second, cause well I can't quite figure out how to start. So many feelings and emotions..etc.

I miss you all so, SO much!!! It's unbelievable, I feel like if I hadn't spoken to my friends in a while jaja. Well... I'm off to my place so, I'll leave you with this picture of me taken during my weekend in San Diego [2 weeks ago]. I'll give you 5 points if you can tell me what's different....

Today's Update!!!

So, I just finished catching up on your blogs, don't worry no award for me this time. I must say, I love reading blogs, and I love blogging, and the blogging community and the support... and I think I'm PMSing.

Anywhoddle, take today for example... I was there being sick, reading a post, minding my own business when all of a sudden I hear a cricket [my cellphone] and no, is not the honey, is not my male bestie, is spanky! This is so creepy because the post I was reading atm was hers. So she goes all hey bitch, or maybe it was just bitch. Whatever and since I'm PMSing all over I'm like hey baby darling sweetie pie wassup. And we kept talking for a LOOONG time, basically she held my hand while I was sick stayed with me until the pills kicked in. Awww.

Being that it was my day off I had a lot some errands to do, like going to Walgreens, KMart, post office, and the mall. EWW. It was raining and like I said I was sick [UTI symptoms] so NOT FUN. I did it though, put on my pink big girl panties and went out in the mini storm. I managed to do all of my errands including exchanging some clothes at F21. Have any of you been to the mega stores??? Men they're just TOO BIG. I was in there for hours [the 1st time] and there are sections I haven't seen yet!!!! Too big folks, too big.

I want to put up pics of what I bought, but since I may or may not have bought my VDay outfit, I can't. Because I want the honey to see it for the 1st time when I wear it, not on the blog, not that he reads my blog, but you get my point. Also, I need someone to go shopping with me. I'm gonna put an ad on the paper, swear. It's sooooo hard to decide between stuff all by yourself. Ugh, I actually bought 4 different outfits for one night. I will obvi wear just one, but since I can't decide. Oh well, thankfully I can wear them for work. Guess I'll be looking extra hot on the days to come.

Good Morning People of the World

Here's today's story [so far]...

I got zero sleep.

I drove around 60 miles, all before 7 am.

Came back home and did some of this and...

... this, and ....

...this. Simultaneously.

Now I have to go out and get me some

 and then head out to get a

and a mani too cause I need them.

This is just my morning, trust me you don't want to know about my to do list for the rest of the day. The thing is that one of the store managers [we're 3] is on vacay, so I'm doing the same hours I was doing for the holidays and today is my ONLY day off. OK? Only day off until neeext week. So basically all of the errands/things that need to get done/things you want to do have to get done today. The same day I want to be in bed because well, I didn't sleep. Thankfully, when I don't sleep I'm more energetic that when I do. Until the sleepiness hits me and then I turn into a zombie. True story.

Tonight I start my giveaways for the week of Valentine's... YAY!!!!!!

I Feel Happy in 2010

That doesn't mean I wasn't happy in 2009. I'm just really, REALLY happy. There's still some things missing in my life, like family and friends. You know, is just me and the huns here. But I feel like I can't stop smiling and I love that.

I don't make New Year's Resolutions, or at least I didn't this year. But I knew in my head what I wanted, and that was happiness. I want to accomplish some other things, obviously, but I feel like writing them on paper is not precisely what's gonna make them happen.

My Weekend was Ah-Ma-Zing!

I usually don't do the whole weekend re-cap thing, cause umm yea my weekends are pre.tty lame [and it's also kinda late right now, but I have to do this, I feel like sharing all the amazingness]. I loved this weekend!!!! Ok let me start.. New Moon premiere Thursday at midnight.. wooooooohooooooo OMGG I felt like I had waited FOR.EVER for that movie [cause well I had] and it was great. Definitely loved that, even though I had worked 8 hrs that same dayyyyy and I was off like at 9:30.. so umm yea zero rest. It was directly from work to the line [that I had made the honey do since earlier, all by himself].

I loved it. period. Jacob is beyond hot, and I beyond love him.

Fast-forward [FF, not to get confused with follow friday] to Friday.. my day OFF! Hear that... o f f. So what did I do, I did nothing! Well for maybe except catch up on your blogs, and spend some time with the huns since he was working from home. I took time to wash my hair properly, put some hair mask on it, shave wherever hair needed to be shaved, [watched one of the slowest movies in the history of time, but Brad Pitt starred on it, so I didn't complain], etc...

FF to Saturday, a litlle bit of work, then... the huns took me out to dinner. There is this little restaurant that we always pass by, and we decided it was time to check it out. Ohhh emmm geee. It was perfect!!!!!! Everything was a 5 [out of 5], except the food, the main course only, I would give it a 3. The appetizers were BOMB!, and the wine yummy, and the place, the music, the service... OK I loved it. So they were doing this thing FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME where they had Latin music... HA! Needless to say, we danced our booties off all night long!!! Ok it was still around 12 amish when we came back but whatev. They had salsa, merengue and reggaeton, and some top 20 too. LOVED it!

FF to Sunday, couldn't sleep due to the polar bear snores that my boyfriend was imitating TO PERFECTION!! [ok, so obviously I've never heard a polar bear snore, or even a regular, good 'ol brown bear] but I believe that it is LOUD AS EFF. So yea, got up at 5:20 am, tried to sleep until 6 am, gave up, and tried waking woke HIM up. Had to use some food bribes [real fact]. We went to iHop [love spelling it like that] and I tried the cheesecake pancakes... ohmycrazugodthatwasdeliciousriwantotitieveryday. Went back home, read more blogs for a few hours, and then IT HAPPENED. Some horrible neck pain decided to visit my neck, you're not welcome pain, NOT WELCOME! I basically couldn't look up and/or to my right side. I had work late on Sunday, so it was very, very painful to work like that. I also couldn't drive, let alone SLEEP. Boo pain!

FF to TODAY, Monday. Thankfully, by some crazy miracle, I had the day off. So, first thing in the morning I went to the spa so they could get rid of my "visitor". Oh my, I had forgotten how much I love spas. They're amazing, I love it when other people rub me while I'm naked professional therapists help me relax and de-stress. The lady was so sweet, and had a great hand, if ya know what I mean.

My to-do list was ginormous, cause I didn't do eff on Friday [my previous day off]. So I spent the whole effin day being a housewife on steroids. you know the kind who goes to Kmart, and Ralphs, comes home, and starts cooking, laundry, vaccuming, dusting, folding, organizing, swiffering at the same time. Yeap that was me. I may or may have not gone to the mall and squeezed a minor, tiny shopping in there, but who knows!! I guess I'll keep you wondering.

Annndd last but not least [evur] I attended an awesome virtual tea party for my honey D from Dream Sequins birthday. It was off the chain! You can check it out here. [Jajaja ok, I haven't had coffee since this morning, but I'm hyper [can you tell?] and I'm writing a super, duper long post, and I'm also being VERY sarcastic, and for some reason I want to talk like Chapelle, and I HATE that guy]. Hey guys...

Just a lil' update of moi here. I have a headache [nothing new, and it's really not that bad either]. I just spent half a century some time in the shower hoping it'll make me feel better, I think it worked. Today was my day off, and tomorrow is my other one, YIPEE. I SLEPT ALL FRIKIN DAY, TODAY. Yeap, I got up around 3pm....ahh so good. Although I really think that I'm getting my period soon, cause those are the only days that I feel THAT tired.

Anywhoozerss I did some errands, you know, post office [I mailed the giveaway], grocery store... blah blah. Then went to the mall with the honey, to do some EXTREMELY EARLY Christmas shopping. We just did our nieces/lil' cousins. And by ours I mean his goddaughter and my lil' cousins. We just went to the Pumpkin Patch and Justice. Seriously I love Justice, why wasn't there a store like that when I was growing up?? AGHH

So here's a pic that the huns took of me while I was trying to decide on some things for the girls. So umm yea, that's me with I-don't-care-how-I-look-hair and I really-will-NOT-put-on-makeup-for-this.

I got an award YAY!!!!! [Ok, make that 2] Lovely Meagan from Megs7827 gave me the Honest Scrap award.

Talk about timing. After I had just finished writing my "100 Truths About Me" post, I suddenly need to come up with 10 more! Holy Jesus! But, apparently I was still on that mindset, and was able to do it all in one day. Wheew.

1. One of my favorite snacks is crackers with butter and cheddar cheese on top.

2. Back home, my room was painted lime green, bright orange, blinding yellow, and vibrant blue.

3. I had restylane injected on my lips once.

4. I always went to private school. One Baptist, one Presbyterian, and the other two were Catholic.

5. One of my favorite artists of all time is Joan Miro.

6. I own over 15 bathing suits. Which I obviously don't wear anymore thanks to the weather!

7. I hate ironing. I don't do it. EVER. If something needs to be ironed, the honey does it. At home, my dad did it. But, I'm considerate, so I don't buy clothes that need ironing.

8. My hair on my head doesn't grow. For real!!! It's been that length for like the past three years. However, I need to shave my legs everyday!

9. I'm the most allergic person on the planet. I'm allergic to cats, hair dye, sea food. And many other things  that doctors have never been able to identify.

10. I absolutely hate the feeling of wet hair on my back or shoulders.
