I had absolutely no reason to cook stuffing,

since I had nothing to stuff, but I'm the boss

and I wanted stuffing. So shhh it.

Potato Salad for the side.

This lasted for at least a week and a half.

Next time: LESS potatoes.

This was our second [or third, it depends] Thanksgiving together. Last year we went out for dinner. This year [we were broker] so we decided to cook up the meal ourselves. The result: We [at least I] had an awesome time cooking with the huns. The only thing we bought was our dessert, it was like pumpkin pie or something. Anywhozers, this is how we did it.

..and a plea. Remember my 101 in 1001 goals? Well I do. And while I have tons of updates on those. Trust me, I've been working hard. I need your help for this one, goal #23 [learn how to cook soups] well and #100 [learn 10 new recipes] too. I might have learned one or two for my Thanksgiving dinner [unposted] but I need suggestions folks. What are your favorite recipes, do you have a favorite one? an easy one? a hard one?
